Brand Strategist  

Kalibrr is expanding to Indonesia with the vision of helping 1 million young professionals find meaningful employment by 2020. We are searching for a visionary marketing expert to help us realize this audacious goal.

This role will involve:

• Strategizing, testing, and scaling online and offline initiatives to drive employer and jobseeker growth.
• Tracking, monitoring, and interpreting all growth-related metrics to drive decision-making.
• Managing marketing budget with insight into the business impact of marketing initiatives.
• Owning localization of all Kalibrr brand, website, and communications content for the Indonesian market.
• Developing partnerships and creative campaigns with industry leaders that are aligned with our vision.

To succeed, you will be required of the following:

• 3 to 5 years marketing work experience with proven track-record of helping business grow
• Familiarity with all tools required to execute and measure digital campaigns
• Intense focus on data-driven decision making with strong Excel and data visualization skills
• Professional written and verbal fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work through high pressure moments while staying as cool as ice-cream
