As an Account Manager you’ll be supporting the Revenue Manager with client and project management, solving talent gaps, and ensuring high caliber talents for clients locally and internationally. A successful Account Manager should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision making.

- Manage a team and position it to grow successfully beyond its current targets, increasing the revenue of the team year on year
- Owns end-to-end operations of the business from sales, contracts, invoices to accounts management
- Proactively own and manage a book of accounts, including decision maker relationships
- Drives team initiatives on key areas such as process improvement, client management and employee experience
