Kalibrr’s mission is to revolutionize the way candidates find jobs and companies hire talents. As one of the key people in the Philippine Growth Team, you will be directly responsible to grow our jobseeker base aggressively, allowing more Filipinos to discover meaningful careers across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Establishing Brand Leadership
- Lead Kalibrr’s brand, increasing visibility, perception, and trust. This includes visual, messaging, and PR elements of the brand.
- Establish Kalibrr’s thought leadership as the ultimate career platform for professionals in the Philippines
- Actively promote Kalibrr through online and offline channels
- Coordinate Kalibrr speaking engagements for maximum brand exposure and ROI, including pre and post-event media outreach and PR
- Lead B2C Acquisition Strategies
- Oversee and manage all digital advertising functions (email marketing, paid advertising in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant online channels)
- Plan and cultivate strategic partnerships and media relations - including educational institutions, professional organizations, government institutions, and media
- Lead content marketing and SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and increase website traffic
- Implement and manage B2C events that help empower jobseekers while increasing B2C user acquisition
- Conceptualize and implement Kalibrr’s Employer Branding services for Kalibrr’s B2B clients

- Can approach problems strategically and systemically to come up with holistic and relevant solutions
- Can resourcefully manage existing resources to reach business objectives effectively
- Has comprehensive experience in building a strong brand and brand presence, with demonstrable results in improving awareness, penetration, perception, trust, and loyalty
- Has a deep understanding of talent acquisition, employer branding, and/or B2C marketing
- Passionate in building professional relationships
- Active in social media channels
