Who We Are

Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.

As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the Employer Branding Specialist will be leading and handling employer branding initiatives provided to Kalibrr’s clients.

We’re looking for a team member who can strategically juggle meeting clients and delivering programs successfully. If you enjoy building relationships with different people and managing end-to-end projects, we’d very much want to work with you.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire clients who will use employer branding programs from existing and potential users through sales pitches, partnership with sales and customer success teams, and other strategic plans
• Create differentiated employer branding programs for clients by incorporating their employee value proposition with their intended recruitment objectives
• Manage and ensure effective delivery of employer branding services and initiatives committed to Kalibrr clients
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of employer branding projects
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to accomplish employer branding projects

• Experience in media, design, or creative agency account management is preferred
• Extensive experience and knowledge of various marketing channels (offline and online)
• Excellent time-management and project management skills
• Experience with sales and relationship management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and planning skills
