Who We Are
Headquartered in Makati, the Kalibrr Marketing Team functions as Kalibrr’s official in-house full-service agency.
As part of the Philippine Marketing Team, the Content Writer will be responsible for all things copy in service of four main objectives: raising brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, inspiring brand loyalty, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
As a Content Writer, we’re not just looking for someone who writes well and is dynamically creative (that’s a given). To succeed in this role, you must have the mindset of an innovator who’s willing to challenge the status quo, and is always aspiring to make things better than before. We expect you to have the maturity of a leader responsible enough to do what it takes to get the job done—and well.
Beyond the talent needed to produce great work, you must possess the work ethic that supports this end: punctuality, consistency, a sense of initiative, and integrity are necessary in order to flourish in this job.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create content for 2 official sets of audiences: jobseekers (B2C) and recruiters (B2B). Possible output can be any of the following:
  • Blog Posts
  • Ad Copy
  • Email Campaigns
  • Social Media Captions
  • Video Scripts
  • Ads
  • White Papers
  • Message and Email Templates
• Publish this content on specific Kalibrr accounts (blog & social media)
• Measure and report the performance of this content in post-documentation reports
• Provide copywriting support for different materials in support of client acquisition and client retention
• Work with the Marketing Operations Supervisor in forming and implementing a content marketing strategy
• Write media articles regularly, along with the occasional press release, and pitch it to the (usually digital) press for publication
• Represent Kalibrr as needed in events for post-documentation write-ups

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert command of the English and Filipino language in both oral and written communication
• Original, persuasive writing style that is fun yet professional
• Ability to cover a variety of topics: from career development to recruitment & HR practices
• Concrete experience in copywriting, blog writing, and content production
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Preferred but not required:
  • Intermediate knowledge of SEO & SEM
  • Previous experience in content planning and editorial management
  • Working with a Content Management System (CMS) and email marketing service
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
