Business Intelligence Consultant

Typical duties of a business intelligence analyst are:

• Designing and developing enterprisewide data analysis and reporting solutions
• Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources
• Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to senior management
• Developing data cleansing rules for the company

Successful candidates need a strong background in all aspects of database technology, with an emphasis on the use of analytical and reporting tools.

As well as:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or engineering
• Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence area
• Able to plan and execute business performance report
• Experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
• Moderate knowledge of Google Big Query, PostGRES
• Moderate skill in business intelligence tools and Online Transaction Processing system such as JIRA, Metabase, Tableau or similar tools
• Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and mathematical skills, and sound judgment
• Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
