The Financial Analyst will be responsible for working with Kalibrr’s business and finance teams to help capture the data and prepare the insights to help drive Kalibrr’s business forward. You would be responsible for accumulating, developing, and reporting key operational and financial metrics required to run the business and adjusting our models as necessary. This person needs to have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with many interruptions and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
Responsibility:
- Develop financial models that guide our strategic decision-making on revenue drivers, new R&D initiatives, user acquisition, and user retention by assessing financial return and ROI
- Prepare presentation materials as needed for board, investors and internal/external stakeholders
- Track KPI trends and forecast the impact of new product initiatives, new user intake, and market trends
- Maintain financial model of the Company
- Update assumptions of financial model to attain at least 90% accuracy
- Creation of cost estimates and financial forecasts for projects with weekly & monthly forecasting of those metrics
- Data mining and analysis in support of executive staff and business managers
- Operational and financial process improvement and testing
- Prepare re-forecasts of revenue by client, office, and region based on existing client engagements, new business pipeline, run rates, cyclical variations in business and staffing levels
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1 - 4 years of full-time experience within Financial and Data Analysis
- Expert financial modeling (Microsoft Excel) and strong SQL and scenario analysis skills
- Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to consider the impact of strategic business decisions
- The ability to work in a nimble environment and the desire to challenge the status-quo and drive improvements for the company
- Experience within investment banking, consulting, or corporate/operational finance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or similar degrees
- The ability to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines and apply appropriate judgment to analyzing various business situations
- A level of commitment and dedication to the business as well as a strong work ethic and customer service orientation
- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting
