Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensures the development of new accounts; Establish clients per industry assigned
- Penetrates key industry players as per assigned category
- Identifies prospects, set prices, negotiate discounts and run promotions to build sales
- Develops a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed to targets and promoting the organization’s presence in the industry
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Supervises and monitors overall project deliverables and status
- Supervises the preparation, canvassing and/or purchasing of required supplies, materials or equipment for projects
- Conducts product/project presentations
- Meets and exceeds pre-determined sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Other related tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or any related field
- Proven experience in FMCG, Communication, Heavy Trucks or construction industry is required for this position
- Self-motivated, maintains a feeling of pride in work, has a strong work ethic and strives to achieve all goals; Is competitive and has a strong drive to win; Takes appropriate risks
- Excellent negotiation skills; Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work in flexible schedules
- Willing to do fieldwork
