Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for identifying leads and proactively prospecting for government bidding opportunities
- Attends pre-bid conferences for upcoming projects
- Prepares bid documents as required for government biddings
- Ensures that required bidding documents are accurately and timely prepared for submission
- Supervises and monitors overall project deliverables and status
- Supervises the preparation, canvassing and/or purchasing of required supplies, materials or equipment for projects
- Conducts product/project presentations
- Meets and exceeds pre-determined sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Other related tasks as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business or any related field
- Knowledge of government bidding processes and procedures
- Experience in government bidding/Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
- Self-motivated, maintains a feeling of pride in work, has a strong work ethic and strives to achieve all goals; Is competitive and has a strong drive to win; Takes appropriate risks
- Excellent negotiation skills; Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work in flexible schedules
- Willing to do fieldwork
