- Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License in Architecture or equivalent.
- Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam.
- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Experience as a supervisor or a position specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- High fluency in the English and FIlipino languages.
- Willing to work in Tarlac City.
- Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
