Business Unit Manager  

As our Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and
management of our growing beverage business and team.

Your duties will include:

• Providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of our beverage business;
• Managing the business development team, including training, performance management and mentorship of staff;
• Creating business unit budget, sales forecasts, and production plans;
• Managing a limited number of key accounts;
• Producing regular reports and reviewing category performance with leadership.

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and who has
exceptional organizational, communication and analysis skills that can grow with our
company.

• Candidate must have at least 7 years working experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing from an FMCG company,
• Experience in management, market analysis, as well as expertise in the CPG sector are strongly preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is required; NetSuite preferred,
• Candidates should also be excited about the prospect of working independently in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
