Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Provide appropriate motivational techniques and empower the team leaders to encourage high performance to their agents.
- Develop a high performing team by identifying, prioritizing, and coaching team leaders and agents on development areas and mentor them as needed.
- Track performance, provide and analyze reports and ensure quality reports to ensure that the targets are met.
- Monitor and handle outliers on sales and in close coordination with their team leaders.
- Support trainees and agents by coordinating with Team Leaders and Trainers.
- Evaluate and appraise team leaders' performance in order to ensure that the targets are met.
- Maintain product and sales knowledge by learning the company training manual by heart.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years working experience is required for this position.
- Proven track record in inbound and outbound sales and in managing people.
- Computer literate.
- Delivers accurate and timely reports.
- Strong in Data Analytics.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Strong coaching and motivating skills.
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule.
