Sales Supervisor  

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Business Innovations Gateway Inc. (BIG), manufacturer and distributor of innovative and convenient high-quality health and wellness products is looking for SALES MANAGER to be part of their dynamic team!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the overall sales generation revenue and operational efficiency.
• Develop and train sales associates and executive members by conducting daily sales observations and weekly sales meetings
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Maintain customer experience through team member interaction.

• A graduate of any Business related course
• 3+ years of retail/consumer goods sales experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig Area
