- Implement company policy on annual medical examination of employees in coordination with clinic and QA Dept for NMIS Inspection Annual Audit
- Directly coordinates their TPA employees
- Conducts counseling to erring employee
- Attends Labor conference and or hearing
- Attends to employee’s complaints and grievances
- Developing an effective seminars/ programs for employee’s motivation
- Manage the implementation of company’s code of conduct to all employees
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws
- Alignment with heads/managers for long-term staff requirements
- Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job ads; deciding on how best to advertise in coordination also with HR Corporate
- Guiding on pay and other issues, including promotion, regularization, and benefits

- With at least 3-4 years work experience in the same field and position
- With Knowledge in Food Processing industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills

JV3 MARINE Corporation’s primary purpose is to engage in the business of import/export of fish/marine products and fishing vessels, warehousing and trading of fish nets, fishing gears, accessories, machineries and spare parts equipment.
It is a general business of fishing in any form with the use of any equipment, instrument, machinery, vehicle and appliance, whether deep sea, fresh water, or inland fishing or in the culture of fish in fishponds.
The company also engages in overseas and domestic shipping, shipbuilding and repair, ship breaking and salvage operation. It also carries on ice plant, cold storage and to acquire, construct, erect, lease and operate plants, factories, machineries and equipment required for the conduct of such ice plant, cold storage, to dispose, sell and deal in its goods and articles at wholesale and retail.
