The main role of the Customer Service Specialist is to:
- Efficiently provide outstanding customer experience and resolution through expert analysis and investigation of card member's account and/or concern.
- Receive calls regarding card member charges, fees, interest rates, rewards, and other credit card concerns.
- Be the bank's advocate.
- Be a dynamic and clear communicator is required to strengthen confidence and relationship of card member with the bank.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Any of the following educational attainment:
- Highschool graduates with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- College undergraduates with less than 4 semesters, but with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- College undergraduates with complete 4 semesters.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply even without customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work:
- Taguig City.
- On shifting schedules and graveyard shifts.
- Eligible to work in the Philippines.
