Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Supervise department staffing and workloads and ensure all documents are accurate and timely
- Works with other departments and teams to ensure that delays are kept to a minimum.
- Review all the compliance needed by the documentation.
- Provides support, coaching and training to team members.
- Completes performance appraisal and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting of all take outs and converted titles.
- Communicate with pag-ibig compliance and other updates.
- Fully monitoring of constructions of units for take out to align the documents.
- Sign and execute legal documents pertaining the buyers housing loan application.
- Assign appropriate strategies to personnel, and oversee deliverable
- Ensure compliance with documentation needs through client and research collaboration, assign resources and update management on projects
- Monitor the submission & release of HDMF / Bank Take out
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any course.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field id required for this position.
- Good with Customer Service, Verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity of documentation process and Procedures. With excellent experience in excel office program and other office application.
- Can work in fast paced environment.
- Can start ASAP.
