Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepares checks for payments (admin requests, utilities and the like)
- Prepares retainer's fee every first week of the month
- Prepares checks for contractors and for suppliers
- Prepares commission bimonthly
- Prepares BIR Form 2307
- Follow-up suppliers and gives feedback on payments
- Includes HOA transactions and monitoring
- Monitors availability of checks and funding (if needed)
- Monitors, scans, and files check vouchers
- Coordinate with the branch for disbursing requests
- Records interest payments and monitors 2307 issuance if duly received by the bank
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Knowledgeable in SAP, Sage or any Accounting Software
- Knowledgeable in thorough Accounting
- Knowledgeable in Banking Transactions
- Handled fund transfers
- Basic knowledge in Tax
- Issuance of check
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
