- Develop and implement models based on quantitative analytical results (trends, insights) as approved by the line manager.
- Support translation of results of quantitative methods to business impact and clearly communicates findings in a way that it’s relevant and understandable to business users.
- Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve systems and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with partners/customers/business end users/peers.
- Assist in identifying and answering key business questions, issues or opportunities and understanding root causes by using appropriate statistical techniques on available quantitative and/or qualitative data.
- Analyze trends and insights, interpret results of data experiments, and explore and examine data from multiple sources.
- Perform data preparation and basic data management (for pre-modeling/analysis/reporting) and assist in data visualization (e.g. charts).
- Generate a report using analytical/reporting tools.
- Collect new data and the refinement of existing data sources.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Business Data Analytics
- Knowledgeable in Applicant Tracking System
- Candidates who has an experience in Google Analytics has an advantage
