Account Manager | IT/Software  

• Maintain and Increase Client satisfaction and Revenue generation with company’s Non-Tier 1 clients
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPC) for Non-Tier 1clients and orchestrate additional company's Solutions Global/Regional Initiatives and Activities into the Account/s
• Develop and maintain Client contact and engage at senior levels within company’s Non-Tier 1 clients with confidence and integrity. Demonstrate the capability to engage at high level strategic and operational agendas and clearly relate it to company's solutions and capabilities. Build multiple networks of relationships within key accounts
• Present and clearly articulate the business drivers and strategic direction of our key clients internally to senior company's management.
• Work closely with Executive Director of Sales, Sales Executives, and Managing/Executive Director of Key Client Program in pursuing new revenue generating activities, Client Outreach and or market/client sentiment programs. Create and manage counter party campaigns to grow community with key clients
• Provide consulting services and overall guidance in STP matters affecting clients and their customers.
• Represents a more complex and sensitive customer in developing strategic solutions with an eye towards operational efficiency & STP.
• Build and drive near-term and long-term account plans for Non-Tier 1 clients
