- Ensures System Engineers efficiently and effectively fulfill client service requests to install, maintain, or fix end-user devices, peripherals, software, or applications.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Managing information technology and computer systems
- Participates in product review meetings
- Handle escalated issues to ensure they are resolved or worked to the customer’s satisfaction
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With at least 5 years working experience in the related field
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great IT skills (e.g. troubleshooting, networking, helpdesk support)
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Ability to manage personnel
