- In-charge in all administrative work for the sales department.
- Coordinates with other departments regarding sales concerns.
- Provides support to the sales force.
- Prepares all necessary sales report.
- Handles all inquiries in FB.
- Ensures that buyer's documents and requirements are complied with and submitted within a prescribed period.
- Performs other related functions from time to time sent by Sales And Marketing Manager.

On January 21,2011, the Board of Directors has approved the opening of Jeco Development Corporation- Bacolod Branch to manage and oversee current and future projects in Negros Island.
