Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensures maintenance of efficient and overall performance of the subdivision.
- Implements company's standard's, operating plans, and programs of the property.
- Conducts regular coordination meeting with the staff, company officers, and customers/clients.
- Processes needed documents for Homeowners association with Housing Land Use Regulatory Board(HLURB) and conducts meeting with homeowners in forming the association.
- Maintains Subdivision
- in charge of performing preventive maintenace to keep the subdivision in top condition.
- This maintenance aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new clients.
- Repairs when there is an issue.
- Manages personnel to ensure that they are doing their jobs well and makes a report for any deviation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 2 (years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor
- 5 Years & up Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
