Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Monitor accomplishment and progress of sub-contractors
- Find foremen/laborers and implement sites by admin if no sub-contractors
- Coordinate with regional DoH
- Coordinate with sub-contractors
- Report to the head office accomplishment and progress daily.
- Monitoring of issues on site
- When possible, inspect sites prior to concrete pouring.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS Civil Engineer
- Preferably, Licensed
- With at least 3-5 years experience in construction
- Can communicate with people well
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can and must be comfortable traveling on a motorcycle
