Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- I. Quantity Surveying
- Reconcile item quantities in plans and in the BOQ
- Review plans for discrepancies in assigning item codes
- II. Bid Preparation
- Prepare financial documents
- Prepare estimates by correctly pricing each item by coordinating with the purchasing department
- Review bid documents for completeness and accuracy
- III. Autocad
- Knowledgeable in basic autocad is a plus
- May be assigned minor AutoCad work from time to time
- IV. Project Monitoring
- Coordinate wtih project engineers for updates regarding progress and issues in the construction site
- Every job aspect will be supervised by a senior civil engineer willing to guide and mentor you.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree holder Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Fresh PRC passer (Civil Engineer) are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Preferably with Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training (COSH)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work at Makati City
