Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Reports directly to the Sr. Warehouse Manager
- 2nd line of reporting MMD Inventory Supervisor.
- Follows health and safety requirements and assists in the implementation of company policies.
- Shows good conduct consistent with the company standards during work and within the warehouse premises.
- Assist in performing analysis and management to avoid low stock and overstock.
- Assist in developing inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow.
- Assist in controlling appropriate stock level align with company’s sales demand to maintain low inventory cost.
- Assist in forecasting by submitting report religiously for analyzing sales of each item on each headquarters.
- Assist in analyzing inventory level and sales demand of all distribution centers or headquarters to maintain sufficient stock level.
- Monitor Inventory Location Transfer completion.
- Assist in identifying critical stock level items.
- Assist in identifying slow moving items.
- Assist in analyzing overall inventory movement to plan order and coordinate production.
- Coordinate with Production Planner with regards on the production schedule and update.
- Coordinate to Warehouse Management Officer on the preparation and completion of Inventory Location Transfers.
- Prepare daily report on the inventory status of all FG.
- Assist in validation of all system transactions by examining the actual documents and activites, and recommend improvements.
- Submit consumption report
- Submit weekly inventory status report
- Submit month-end inventory status report.
- Communicate complex inventory problems to Superior promptly.
- Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
- Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation.
- Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to Superior immediately.
- Assists in the operation of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned form time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4 year course or with equivalent experience.
- 6 months to 1 year relevant experience.
- Organized, keen on detail and can communicate well.
- Analytical, proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Can work with minimum supervision, can handle and motivate people.
- Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays, 830AM to 530PM
- Work location will be at LOT 9 BLK 14 DASMARIÑAS TECHNOPARK, DASMARIÑAS CAVITE

Founded in 2006, JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. was the brainchild of two young entrepreneurs Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. The two childhood friends recognized the market potential of food franchising and explored into its many aspects. Thus, what started out as an idea to franchise came the realization that establishing their own franchising company was the more viable path to take. JC Worldwide Franchise Inc. first launched its first brand of food stall Jo's Waffle House, which serves shakes and waffles with a variety of fillings, in May of the same year.
With the surprising growth of their pet brand, they launched several new brands after only three months, including:
Red Ninja Dimsum - which presents a variety of dimsum meals & siopao Chow-warma - which dishes out authentic Persian shawarma Burger Factory - which offers buy one take one burgers & powdered shakes.
JC Noodle House - which offers hongkong fried noodle.
To date, all the brands combined have produced close to 80 franchises nationwide. JC Worldwide is now developing new brands that will soon be introduced to the market. In addition to that, JC Worldwide has been getting recognition from different market sectors. Both Jonathan So and Carlito Macadangdang Jr. have appeared in acclaimed TV programs such as Magandang Umaga Bayan and Pangkabuhayang Swak na Swak, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and was featured in noted news weekly The Philippine Free Press and noted business magazine Entrepreneur Jan-Feb 2008 issue.
