- Evaluates and analyze the qualification of buyers as to the required income for bank loan;
- Communicate with the buyer to complete the required list of documents for bank application;
- Preferably with experience in documents processing with real estate company;
- Can work under minimum supervision;
- Can do multi-tasking.
