Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The accountant is responsible for timely and accurately doing the operations tasks considering as a back-up of foreign offices specifically in the monitoring process of accounts receivable of agents, matching & releasing of phone-in transactions, monitoring of walk-in transactions and safeguarding the money safe keep in the vault.
- Responsible in ensuring that finances of the foreign offices assigned to him have been used within the company’s disbursement policies and procedures including the timely fund transfer of inter-accounts and telegraphic transfer of money to Manila & assisting the parent company’s international treasury by providing accurate and timely flow of money necessary for forward and spot trading.
- Assists the shift officer in all his concerns and tasks assign by the department head to ensure its accuracy and timely submission.
- Provides financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure timely and accurate recording and collection of trade receivables: observes compliance on accounting systems and controls; and conducts regular reconciliation of accounts with Agents, Tie-ups and Foreign Offices.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree Accountancy
- Required skill(s): Analytical and Critical thinking skills, MS Word
- Knowledgeable in Bank Reconciliation, Bookkeeping and Preparation of Financial Statements
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 6-months of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
