About the IQ Recruiter

Delivering quality and engaging education in scale requires teaching and operational workforce that embrace a growth mindset every day. IQ Recruiters will be searching and recruiting the people that will help us deliver the best educational service possible. We are looking for A+ players having the ability to get it done. You will be required to:

• Search and sort candidates through IQ’s recruitment channels including job sites, referrals, and social media
• Coordinate interview with Users and Hiring Managers and ensure interview documentation
• Communicate candidates on hiring decision and coordinate new hires to prepare for their first day
• Follow up with new-hire during their probation months to ensure proper employee induction and initiation.
• A potential match must be able to creatively apply new technologies and media to enhance operational excellence in the delivery of quality education for kids.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource Management (in Recruitment preferred)
• Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• HR experience in the educational field is an asset
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both oral and written
