About the Process & Practice Improvement

Delivering quality and engaging education in scale requires processes and practices that are efficient and executed excellently. In Process & Practice Improvement, you will find ways and support implementation of operational excellence practices to ensure quality service delivered. We are looking for A+ players having the ability to get it done.

You will be required to:

Develop and support implementation of operational excellence practices such as 5R, Lean and Agile Methodologies.
Leveraging new media and technology to ensure consistency in execution is communicated effectively (video SOP, interactive online training, etc)
Develop system and methods to scale preparation, distribution and management of centers and educational materials and manipulatives
Perform quality assurance for operational excellence practices (eg. Audit)
Develop including implementing process measurements ensuring quality of service

A potential match must be able to creatively apply new technologies and media to enhance operational excellence in the delivery of quality education for kids.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in a related field such as Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering
Work experience with proven record in process improvement in an established company
Team management experience is an asset
Prior Teaching experience is an asset
