Human Resource (HR) Generalist  

Human Resource:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding and exit clearance administration
• Administer Employee Benefit Programs
• Maintain employee files
• Coordinate with Finance personnel to accomplish payroll computation and ensure government mandated benefits submission meets deadline
• Maintain harmonious employer-employee relationship

Office Administration:

• Arrange and coordinate internal meetings
• Manage daily upkeep of the office; ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities and supplies
• Optimize control and compliance with the process of record retention and correspondence in the office
• Request permit for entry & exit of materials, equipment or supplies in the building
• Create and maintain inventory of equipment
• Purchase pantry, office and medicine kit supplies
• Provide administrative support as necessary

• Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge in Payroll computation and other government mandated contributions
• Diligent, attentive to details and organized
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Can start immediately
