Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist the CEO with all administration and logistics
- Arrange the CEO's schedule and assist on presentations and meetings
- Track the operations' progress, writes minutes of the meeting, and create reports as needed
- Constant follow through on completion of each department's OKR/KPIs and report to CEO on timely manner
- Assist the business team on on-boarding relevant partnerships and investors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in making reports, deck/presentations
- Tech savvy, must be updated with different technologies and apps that will be useful in report making and or presentations
- Able to help in facilitating day-to-day operations in the team
- Independent and fast-learner
- Willing to attend to CEO's adhocs from time to time
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience
- Preferably business-related course but open to others as long as you have relevant experience
