The Executive Assistant will report directly to the President of the organization. Assist in coordinating between top management and staff, accompany the President in high-level meetings to take minutes, draft business correspondences, arrange appointments, liaise with board members, file and track corporate documents, and other administrative tasks assigned by the President.
This position is an ideal starting point for a fresh or recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in sustainable development. Perks include working directly with pioneers of sustainable tourism in the Philippines and abroad, high potential for early promotion and career development, and domestic travel.
