Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries;
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges);
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments;
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc;
- Responsible for contacting and scheduling sorted applicants for initial, departmental and final assessment; and
- Perform all necessary additional functions required by the immediate superior and/or Company Officers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good customer relation skills;
- Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented;
- Strong Presentation Skills, a winning attitude and strong work ethic;
- Understanding of day to day operations in a transactional environment similar to the IT distribution channel; and
- Excellent Teamwork skills, Creative, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and independent.
