Sales Assistant  

Job Purpose:

Sales Assistant is tasked to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. He/she will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services provided by the company. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.

Essential Job Duties:

• Cold call people/prospective client to sell company products;
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers'
• Provide information about product's features, prices, etc. and present their benefits;
• Reactivate inactive company accounts and persuade to buy again; and
• Look for new clients to partner with in upcoming events and trainings.

General Job Duties:

• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system;
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation;
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information;
• Keep up to date with product information;
• Accurately describe product features and benefits;
• Follow all company policies and procedures;
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed;
• Persistent and results-oriented in achieving per call requirements; and
• Patient and handle customer rejection and complains.

Job Requirements:

• A graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Information Technology, Business Administration or Marketing;
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Excellent in listening and execution of assignment;
• Can speak Bisaya
• A team player with high level of dedication; and
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
