Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assists customers through processing orders, delivery, monitoring official Facebook pages
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding status of orders and deliveries
- Coordinate with customers regarding status and all needed collaterals & materials from related departments
- Assists and ensures accomplishment of marketing collaterals on or before the given deadlines
- Regularly coordinates, collaborates and interacts with different departments for continous learning, improvement and understanding
- Delivers both simple and medium difficulty work according to acceptable turnaround time and/ or deadlines set by the various departments
- Performs other duties training and/ or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the field of marketing/sales/purchasing
- Computer Literate
- Work well under stress
- Pleasing personality
- Willing to learn
- Must be highly adaptable to dynamic and fast paced environment
- Willing to do field work and work long hours if necessary
- People Oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good moral character and is a teamplayer
- Willing to research
- Willing to work on weekends if necessary
