- Observes experienced professionals acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of duties.
- Sets performance goals and monitors progress through scheduled business reviews.
- Undergoes continuous training which includes topics on Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Sales Process and Mastery, Technology and Sales Builder.
