Business Development Coordinator  

As ICD's Business Development Coordinator, you help achieve 3 revenue targets to sustain operations and expand the reach of ICD's corporate governance training programs in high-priority, under-served segments. Responsibilities include:

• Promotes ICD's public courses through e-mails, calls, and other channels;
• Update text of website, ads and other marketing materials;
• Liaise with other professional or socio-civic organizations re ICD course offerings;
• Assist clients in registration and payment;
• Maintain client relationships;
• Assist Finance in client billing and collection;
• Conduct competitor scans in coordination with Marketing Manager;
• Handle other projects and tasks as required by superior from time to time.

• 1-2 years of work experience in sales or marketing;
