Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Serves as the primary contact point for coordination between the Cebu and Manila Sales & Marketing teams.
- Works on all Cebu-based marketing partnership projects: create and evaluate proposals for partnerships
- Seeks out relevant partnerships (research and contact)
- Implements and follow-through partnership requirements and commercial; follow-through payments and monitors contract details
- Assists in implementation of Adhoc sales campaigns: send monthly content updates to advertising clients
- Works on talent management for CDN Digital
- Uploading of all marketing/partner content as stated in signed contracts
- Contract management for all marketing partnerships
- Contract management for all sales campaigns
- Facilitate follow-through of all partnership deliverables.
- Assists marketing team in following up advertising materials and campaign requirements
- Sales function - sales decks, sales pitch, partner sites solutions, roadshows
- Delivery of post-campaign reporting
- End-to-end delivery of projects for partnership contracts
- Monitors marketing initiated projects, adhoc and editorial specials as needed
- Monitors and manages product inventory
- Ensures smooth flow of marketing process: internal process (implementation of ads on print), external process (deployments of brief to marketing team, implementation of campaigns both advertising and editorial)
- Implements and monitors print requirements
- Competitive monitoring for sales and marketing team
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education : College Graduate, preferably Marketing Management/Business Management and/or other related courses
- Must be willing to be based in Cebu
- In-depth knowledge of all things Cebu
- Required languages/dialects: Cebuano, English, Filipino
- Must be able to thrive working in a virtual/remote setting
- Work Experience: At least 1-year experience in a related job
