Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Extract, transform, and load raw data from multiple sources and convert data to actionable reports
- Provide data analytics to highlight useful information and support decision making
- Prepare performance reports and help analyze process gaps
- Visualize data for management consumption
- Automate tasks/reports that are manual to reduce cycle time and defects
- Review historical records where applicable and ensure accuracy of information at all times
- Manage and update databases/dashboards/other data systems as needed
- Prepare various ad hoc reports as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 4 years of experience in data analysis/visualization, database management, real-time analysis, operational reporting, system analysis, or other related fields.
- Proficient in MS Excel, decent knowledge in Visual Basic for Applications (macros)
- Knowledgeable in MS Access, SQL, other database tools
- Proficient in data visualization, experience in Tableau, QlikSense, or Power BI highly preferred

Analytic and HTML; CSS code understanding
- Familiar with operational/business metrics
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and organized
- Ability to work well in dynamic situations, anticipate and mitigate problems
- Ability to work independently with limited assistance
- Strong communication skills
