Business Analyst  

> Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

> Perform quality assurance

> Define reporting and alerting requirements

> Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

> Help design, document and maintain system processes

> Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

> Communicate key insights and findings to product team

> Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

> Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all result

> Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress

> Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects

> At least 2-4 years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis

> Previous Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

> Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or in related technical field

> Detailed analytical abilities

> Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

> Basic knowledge in generating process documentation

> Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

> Preferably from an IT Industry.

> Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
