Payroll Officer  

Inform Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with excellent communication skills to join our finance team. The role is a comprehensive duty covering all Payroll and associated matters across our Sydney, Manila and Singapore office. The employee base of the company comprises 50 employees in Sydney, 4 employees in Singapore and 100 employees in Manila.

Key duties & responsibilities will include the following:

All payroll across Sydney, Singapore and Manila consisting of;

• 2 bi-monthly pay cycles in Manila
• 1 weekly pay cycle in Sydney
• 1 monthly pay cycle in Sydney and Singapore
• The maintenance and administration of all employee payroll information
• Daily attendance roll-call of all employees
• Daily timesheet checking of all employees
• Leave administration
• Government and statutory payroll reporting
• Maintaining and authoring Payroll and Leave procedures and policies
• Employee communications on Payroll and Leave matters

Essential experience:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience running an Australian and Philippine Payroll
• A minimum of 1 year experience of full payroll experience including wage processing, government reporting, leave administration, and time-keeping
• A minimum of 3 years general experience in Payroll duties
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in general office administration

Skills and character:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality
• Ability to perform with a high work rate
• Assertive and confident to liaise with employees across 3 offices
• Commitment to working under manager instruction and guideline
• Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
