IT Developer (Service Now)  

Responsibilities:

• To perform configurations and customizations of web applications, experience with Service-Now is desirable.
• Work cooperatively with various internal and external teams to ensure that projects are dealt with in a timely manner and in-line with expectations for any project/support work that rely on it
• The role will involve modifications to the current solution source code
• The role requires large amounts of interaction, hence the ability to work and communicate effectively is vital
• Take ownership of supports related and be proactive when dealing with issues
• Emergency support for critical issues

• Maximum 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IT, Software, Computer, Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• GPA > 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience with:
• Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
• Experience with Software Delivery Project (Profesional/Personal)
• Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
• Knowledge of XML/SOAP/SOA/REST for Web Services integration are desirable.
• Deep understanding of networks and IP (traces etc).
• Minimum 2 years of providing Highly Technical support for complex software applications (deployment, level 2/3 support)
• Fresh Graduate with exceptional skills are welcome to apply especially that have practical experience in related field
