- Perform customer support via phone, chat and email both in English and French language
- Engage with and resolve customer issues, requests and benefits claims
- Record and report on issues that customer encounter
- Carry out issue root cause analysis and resolution in a timely and effective manner
- Support customers during our hours of operation
- Take initiative to recommend and implement quality process improvements based on identified trends or others gaps in knowledge
- Address and resolve Client's application issues
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 years of customer support experience as a bilingual professional
- Experience working with email, chat & voice support
- Excellent English and French oral and written comprehension skills
- Amenable to work on a night-shift and shifting schedule
