Area of Responsibilities:
General Qualification :
- Strong leadership skills and capabilities (preferably with proven track record of leading the commercial unit in a successful mobile communication operation).
- Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
- Target oriented problem solving approach and decision making capabilities.
- Excellence in people management and human resource development.
Specific Qualification :
- Advanced level in retention management and strategy
- Experience in reducing churn rates with event based or trigger based marketing, models, machine learning or AI
- Expert level in understanding reasons for churn through both internal and external sources (and forces)
- Expert level in using market research to conduct focus group to provide better churn insights
- Expert level in turning raw data into actionable customer insights
- Positive and flexible working attitude
- Advanced level in project management
- Advanced level in presentation and communication skills
- Plan & execute weekly campaigns to reduce churn in Mass Market segment
- Responsible for execution and tracking of weekly CVM data campaigns
- Work with market research & intelligence to really understand data users behavior and needs
- Provide deep customer insights to target customers at the right time, with the right offer and with the right channel
- Identify root cause for churn and work with relevant stakeholders to address & manage churn proactively
- Work with campaign execution team to launch campaign in timely manner
- Weekly planning for campaign calendar
- Create new offers that are relevant and timely to customers’ needs and with significant impact to churn reduction
- Track CVM campaign performance and prepare weekly & monthly campaign revenue reports
- Provide deep customer insights to target customers at the right time, with the right offer and with the right channel
