Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into divisional work plan
- Provide and clarify divisional objectives for the team
- Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams
- Manage division budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it In order to ensure division operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals
- Work with Project Assurance and Procurement to set up relevant network equipment for RAN elements, according to installation plan from Network Planning function
- Provide and responsible for end to end all infrastructure and services investment RAN / Access program and organize comprehensive deployment plan
- Manage performance levels of vendors against agreed standards and provide feedback
- Coordinate with Change Management to hand over network elements to Network Operations after Ops “acceptance”
- Define priorities as well as manage both projects and financials risks
- Set up action plans in order to meet the defined key targets
- Verifying matrix absorption based on implementation
- Periodically provide report update
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably S2 graduate with major in Engineering / Telecommunications
- At least 7 years’ experience as project manager/program manager in Telco’s big companies.
- Experience in handling RAN Roll Out projects with large scope
- Strong Project Management skills both technical and soft skills
- Experience in managing lots of people nation wide
- Excellent communication skills, especially in English
- Excellent Time management skills
- Possessing technical skills, including programme management, contract management, stakeholder management
