The Recruitment and Training Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for:

Recruitment

• Job Posting
• Source applicants through social media
• Invite applicants for screening
• Conduct Interview
• Conduct pre-employment examination;
• Manage Database

Training

• Training delivery
• Classroom facilitation
• Assessments
• Evaluation
• Monitoring
• Continuous improvement of training initiatives
• Continuous client communications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Teaching, Training, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent
• Preferably with 1-year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in speaking his/her own dialect
• Strong oral communication skills are required
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Experience in facilitating & conducting training is a plus
• Must be willing to do field work / be assigned to client's office
• Can start as soon as possible.
