Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare draft invoices (based on proposed qty) per franchise, per shipment schedule.
- Provide Export Head with draft invoices (per request) for advance reference and application of necessary pre-shipment inspection.
- Closely monitor the status of shipment per schedule with warehouse, QC, and Production Coordinators.
- Monitoring of day-to-day shipment scanning output.
- Finalization of Invoices and Packing Lists.
- Prepare sample delivery invoices + Freight Charge, for final billing to buyers.
- Provide guidance to a warehouse on loading of all outgoing shipments.
- Prepare the summary of balances per invoice shipped.
- Report/coordinate with Department Head any discrepancy found after the audit.
- Plot actual shipped qty on Export's Inventory Monitoring files (per collection) with reference to DR in real time.
- Sytematic maintenance of export files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Experience in Garments production. Coordinator job is an advantage.
- Can prepare a report with clarity and precision.
- Multitasking with communication skills- oral and written.
- Ability to follow-up production delivery.
- Can monitor shipment status on a daily basis.
- Ability to provide necessary direction/instruction to the warehouse.
- Can prepare invoices and packing list with speed and precision.
- Can generate delivery invoices for submission to in-house Auditors.
- Smart.
- Detail oriented-Able to detect discrepancy on data and make timely coordination in order to resolve issues.
