Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plot, analyze and balance load schedules amongst QC Team.
- Oversee a team of QC Inspectors in ensuring high-quality standards and delivery schedules are met.
- Develop product specifications and testing protocols and establish fit and finishing standards.
- Oversee the development of a vendor and QC inspector scorecards.
- Supervise the receiving and allocation section to ensure zero discrepancies and timely deliveries.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree holder in Industrial Engineering or related Field
- With five (8) years and up solid experience in Garment Manufacturing.
- Must have closely worked with Subcontractors and able to meet the high-quality standards set for Export Buyers.
- Have proven an effective management skills/style, and can collaborate well with others.
- Must be systematic in Planning, Organizing, and implementing tasks.
- Must have an aptitude for analyzing facts and figures.
- Proficient in MS Application and internet use.
- Willing to work in Pasig City and able to travel to visit subcons.
- Filipino Citizen only.
