- Execute sales strategy to meet sales target.
- Analyze and solve problems of poor performing stores.
- Implement excellent standard of customer service and provide problem resolution to customers.
- Conduct store orientation on policies and procedures for uniform implementation.
- Responsible for various management responsibilities in overall store operations from sales and marketing, customer service, coaching, and training, cashiering, inventory reports, audit, safety and security, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong coordination and spearhead various flagship retail stores, push to hit targets, as well as study fashion trends and market competition.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or its equivalent
- 4 years of experience specializing in Sales-Retail Operations
- Background in managing retail store operations, customer service, and personnel management
- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Hardworking and flexible
- Willing to travel and work varying hours on weekends and holiday
