Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Achieve and maintain safety and cleanliness in all warehouses and facilities.
- Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep of the building, and its surrounding.
- Arranging for building improvements.
- Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement troubleshooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
- Reports to Business Operations Manager (BOM) any noted defects on the equipment, incidents, and action were taken to rectify the matter and implements instructions on matters that require immediate attention both for the warehouse and in the store.
- Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.
- Contracting professionals for repairs as needed.
- Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by sub-contractors such as but not limited to air conditioning cleaning, electrical wiring, plumbing, and other repairs in all the stores and warehouses.
- Ensuring that all employees are provided with proper utilities.
- Attend employees and common areas of service calls or request assistance inside offices.
- Accomplish instructions, projects and improvements assigned by the BOM relating to the maintenance and operation of the warehouses.
- Assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering and Architecture.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience. Good knowledge of all laws that govern building management and maintenance, as well as familiarity with the National Building Code and legislation that have an impact on building safety, emergency evacuation, and environmental protection.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Substantial hands on experience in building management procedures and supervision of contractors
